Firm Mission:
The Fisher Law Firm, P.C. strives to provide sound, up-to-date, and highly effective legal services and representation to individuals and businesses alike. We provide these services at a fair and reasonable cost, while maintaining a high level of legal expertise and care. In doing so, the Firm will always deal with clients and courts with honesty, integrity and the utmost of fairness in every aspect of representation undertaken by the Firm. The Firm will never lose sight of its responsibility to a higher calling and will always give back to the communities that give to it.

Firm History:
The Fisher Law Firm, P.C. is a small, full service law firm that personally cares for its clients while offering a wide variety of legal practice areas. The Firm is comprised of attorneys with a significant number of years of individual legal experience, giving the Firm the same advantages and level of experience of larger, older firms in the area. The Firm’s size is also an advantage in that the Firm, unlike larger firms, is capable of providing significant personal attention to each and every client and case.

The Fisher Law Firm, P.C. enjoys a practice comprised of an extremely wide and diverse number of practice areas. One of the primary focuses of the Firm is general litigation. This general litigation distinction is due to the fact that the Firm offers litigation services in many areas of the law, includingcivil defense, personal injury, criminal defense, DUI defense, juvenile defense , business law, contractual disputes, domestic relations and family law, will preparation and drafting, third party subrogation, real estate, bail bonding and numerous other areas that often end up with litigation as a final means for resolution.

In addition to general litigation, The Fisher Law Firm, P.C. serves as general counsel to several local businesses. The Firm also has an extensive offering of real estate services including negotiation of real estate transactions, commercial and residential loan closing capability, preparation of legal documents for real estate transactions, as well as legal counseling and representation concerning real property disputes. The Firm has a close association with reputable title services and title insurance corporations and issuing agents for some of the nation’s leading title insurers. This close association allows the Firm to offer title examinations, title insurance, title opinions, and title curative work with the assistance of some of the finest title insurers in the country. The Firm has also developed an extensive and highly effective commercial collections practice area, representing numerous businesses and individuals in Tuscaloosa, as well as state-wide.

Members of The Fisher Law Firm, P.C. routinely practice in State courts in Tuscaloosa, Jefferson, Pickens, Fayette, Bibb, Shelby, Hale, Greene, Walker and Lamar counties as well as additional counties all over the State. Members of the Firm are also admitted to practice in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama’s Federal Court System. Members of the Firm have also filed appellate briefs in the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, the Alabama Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court.

The Fisher Law Firm, P.C. is extremely conscientious of its responsibility to the public and its local community. As a result, the Firm is highly civic minded with its members involved in many worthwhile and substantive community activities and organizations. From the Rotary Club of Tuscaloosa, Temporary Emergency Services, the West Alabama Chamber of Commerce, the University of Alabama Athletics, Stillman College Athletics, Calvary Baptist Church, Trinity Missions, First Community Methodist Church, numerous little league and high school athletic team sponsorships and other local church memberships, the members of the Firm stay well connected and involved with the community it serves.
